These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

"Conditions" mean these terms and conditions; "product" mean a product displayed for sale on this website; "users" mean the collective users of this website; "personal information" means the details provided by you on registration; "we/us" means Homeware Accessories; "website" means our website located at www. www.homewareaccessories.com or any URL which may replace it; "United Kingdom" means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and "you" means a user of this website.

Contract creation, duration & conclusion:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, when you purchase a product online you enter into a contract with the supplier. The creation, duration and conclusion of this contract between you and us is as follows:
- You place an order for your products on our website by adding them to your cart and checking out with Sagepay.
- Once your payment has been authorised, we will email you an order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered, the price and delivery cost. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from www.homewareaccessories.com
- Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier, we will email you confirmation that your order is being shipped.
- Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us will take place once your order is shipped, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Contract Cancellation (Your right to cancel):
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract no longer than 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your contract, you must give notice to us in writing via email or post using the contact details provided. Notice is deemed to be given on the day your letter was posted or the day your email was sent. We will then issue a full refund including delivery costs provided that:
- You notified us in writing no longer than 7 days after receiving the goods
- You have returned the goods at your own cost, with care to avoid damage in transit
- You have taken care of the goods and restored them to the condition they were received in
Please note that there are exceptions to your right to cancel. These are products we cannot cancel, refund or exchange which are explained and listed below.
Products we cannot cancel, refund or exchange (Exceptions to order cancellations):
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, there are some products that we cannot cancel, refund or exchange. This is because they have been made to the customers specification, are liable to deteriorate rapidly or for hygiene reasons. These products are:
- Personalised or made-to-measure products
- Perishable goods such as flowers and food
- Bath and body products where seals are broken
We cannot accept products returned as faulty if the appropriate care instructions have not been followed and damage caused is due to wear and tear or misuse.
Change or Cancel an order (Conditions for cancellation):
We are unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted. However, if your payment has been authorised but your order not processed, we can change the billing and delivery details if you require. Please contact us on 0203 137 7347 if you would like us to do so. If you would like to add products to your order, you will need to submit a new order for these items.
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, please follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted goods. There are some exceptions to these returns procedures. Please see which products we cannot cancel, refund or exchange.

Description of Products:
Each product purchased is sold subject to its description. We take special care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when entered onto our website. However, these descriptions are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour representation of products is close, we cannot accept any responsibility for colour variation caused by your browser or computer when viewing the product.
Intellectual Property Rights:
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and intellectual property rights in the content supplied by our website belong to Homeware Accessories. You are only permitted to use this content with our consent. The content supplied by our website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may share parts of this website on Facebook and Twitter, where the Facebook and Twitter icons appear and allow you to do so. You also agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such content.
Severance:
If any part of these conditions are deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Survival:
Each provision of these conditions are separately applying and surviving, even if one or other of these provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstance.
Law:
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
